③隨時(shí)檢查過(guò)濾器的工作壓力,當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到或超過(guò)1.5－2KG/平方厘米時(shí),應(yīng)清理過(guò)濾器.才降低泵的出口壓力而延長(zhǎng)泵的壽命，每蒸餾5－8次,清理一次蒸餾箱.從而提高蒸餾速度,同時(shí)也減少污泥對(duì)底板的腐蝕，達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)蒸餾箱壽命的目的；
①檢查水洗機(jī)皮帶的緊張力,以保證正常的洗滌轉(zhuǎn)速和甩干轉(zhuǎn)速，查看皮帶磨損情況，適時(shí)更換。檢查滌滌溶劑的PH值,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)PH值降低，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整以防止干洗機(jī)的腐蝕，從而延長(zhǎng)干洗機(jī)的壽命。
②徹底清理機(jī)器各處的纖毛，防止纖毛堵塞空氣道，減少纖毛吸附的污物對(duì)機(jī)器的腐蝕；檢查各個(gè)疏水閥的性能,并清理蒸汽管路和冷卻水管路上的過(guò)濾器以提高機(jī)器效率、節(jié)約能源。檢查并清理溶劑泵，防止堵塞在泵內(nèi)的污物磨損泵的葉輪,并使泵的出口壓力提高，損壞密封件。
