    CS-80B主要用于絲絨成衣柔軟膨松處理。處理后使成衣手感更豐滿、柔軟、膨松。一般和平滑劑TSA-24F配合使用效果更佳。
CS-80B is mainly used for the finishing process of softness and puff for silk&cashmere. It will make the products%27 hand feeling softer and puffer. Normally it will have the best result to be used together with flatness agent of TSA-24F.

Applied technique:
（1）稀釋/溶解
CS-80B以水稀釋后，可應(yīng)用于一般絲絨織物后整理上。經(jīng)稀釋后CS-80B無論采用浸漬或浸軋工藝，都能發(fā)揮其優(yōu)越效果。
1. Dilution/ Dissolvability
After CS-80B is diluted by water, it can be used for the normal silk&cashmere fabric%27s finishing. The diluted CS-82D can exert its advantages.
（2）參考工藝
浸漬法絲絨針織成衣浸漬工藝
→去油脂縮絨處理→清洗→脫水→柔軟整理→脫水→烘干（80℃）
柔軟處理：
CS-80B+24F              6-8%+1%（o.w.f）
PH值（可用冰醋酸調(diào)節(jié)）  5.0-6.0
溫度                     20℃-25℃
浴比                     1：15-16
時間                     20-30分鐘

使用上應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)：
Attention proceeding to usage:
1．因CS-80B化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特，其吸附于纖維表面上會有定向效應(yīng)。
2．于絲絨浸漬工藝上，最理想的用量為織物重量的 6-8%（o.w.f）。
3．因濃度高，請先稀釋再使用。

儲存、處理、包裝：
Storage, Disposal and Packing:
1、容器必須蓋緊，儲存在常溫中（20℃），并避免產(chǎn)品結(jié)冰。一般可儲存6個月或以上。
2、25Kg塑料桶、50Kg塑料桶包裝。
1.The container must be lidded closely with the normal temperature （20℃）, to avoid the product freezing. Normally the storage period should be over 6 months.
2. Packed in 25kgs or 50kgs plastic barrel.
